COVID-19 UPDATE March 17, 2020
To Our Valued Patients and Friends,
As you know we have been following the progress of the Corona virus pandemic very closely and have been observing all the recommendations and closures being suggested or mandated. We had an emergency office staff “web conference” on Sunday to go over extra steps in our infection control protocol to account for the current situation. This has included taking no-touch temperature readings as our patients arrived, extra disinfection throughout the day of all surfaces and minimizing aerosols during treatment.
Despite our best efforts to continue full operations, at this point for the safety of our patients and staff it is being recommended by the American Dental Association that dental offices cease providing non urgent services for the next several weeks. The timetable right now is uncertain, and we hope to return to normal as soon as possible.
We will be available for urgent treatment only, and we will postpone all routine treatment, including hygiene appointments for now. Our team will be working remotely to check messages, and the doctors will be responding to emails.
We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to this hopefully ending soon. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Wishing everyone the best of health,
Drs. Kobak, Diamantakis, Raxenberg and Staff
